1kg of dry mix makes about 2 1/2 dozen muffins.
Description
INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Dextrose, Vegetable Gum (412), Baking Powder (500, 541), Non-Fat Milk Solids, Egg Powder, Salt, Emulsifier (471, 477), Colour (102, 110) Flavour
Contains: WHEAT, EGG, MILK
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
MUFFIN MIX
1 kg Muffin Mix
420 mls water
Place water in bowl, add premix and mix well.
Add your choice of fruit or flavourings if desired andmix for 30 secs.
Spoon into muffin trays and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
Makes approximately 30 muffins.
