Cocoa Mass, Milk Solids, Cocoa Butter, Vegetable Fat, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Salt, Flavour), Sugar, Starch (Sources Include Wheat), Glucose Syrup (Sources Include Wheat), Vegetable Gum (414), Colours (171, 102, 110, 129, 133), Thickener (Dextrin), Glazing Agent (903), Vegetable Fat. Milk Chocolate Contains A Minimum Of 28% Cocoa Solids And 22% Milk Solids.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Gingerbread Recipe

500g of Pre mix

You need to add:

125g butter/margarine

100g golden syrup75-100g water (add gradually until dough comes together)

METHOD

Preheat Oven at 185°C (165°C fan-forced).

Place all ingredients (only half of the water at this point) into mixing bowl. Using paddle mix together at low speedfor 1 minute. Scrape down followed by 1 minute on second speed. Add extra water gradually as required.

Roll out dough on a dusted bench into sheets and cut into desired shapes. Place on baking tray.

Bake for 18-20 minutes. All finished details are approximate.
