The SkinnyAsia 2 Collection Box brings together all 35 herbs and spices from our SkinnyAsia 2 Herb and Spice Pack, and adds the 11 Asian pantry staples the recipes call for. These are the ingredients that most supermarkets simply do not carry, and the ones that usually mean a drive across town and a hopeful look along the shelves.
Belacan roasted shrimp paste for that unmistakable depth through Malaysian and Indonesian dishes. Urid whole black, the Indian black lentil that makes a proper dal makhani. Dried wood ear mushrooms, sliced shiitake, salted black beans, tapioca pearls, crispy fried garlic and shallots, potato starch, dark red kidney beans and dashi powder. 46 items in total, and nothing left to source.

The herbs and spices are packed together in one box ready to go straight into your pantry. This also makes for a wonderful gift for anyone who loves to cook.
Please note that gochugaru, gochujang, Chinese black vinegar, mirin and nutritional yeast flakes are not included in this pack, as all five are readily available at most supermarkets.
