Gluten Free and VEGAN** suitable, this Supreme Gravy Mix provides a full-bodied beef flavour to your sumptuous roast dinners for a wide range of customers with a vegan suitable recipe
The mix only needs to be combined with hot water to produce the deliciously thick savoury sauce ready to pour over your roast beef, turkey, chicken and lamb.

Use 100g of Gravy Mix to 1L of water
Description
INGREDIENTS: Rice Flour, Maltodextrin (From Corn), Modified Starch (1422), Iodised Salt, Yeast Extracts, Sugar, Onion Powder, Colour (150c), Vegetable Fat, Vegetable Gums (412, 415), Flavour Enhancer (635), Food Acid (330), Spices, Flavour.
May Contain Milk, Soy, Celery, Sulphites and Mustard.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
Can be prepared on a stove top, for a thicker consistency.
Preparation Instructions
Combine using the serving quantities table as a guide, combine the gravy mix with half the water and stir until free from lumps.
Stir in remaining water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
