
Grandma's Gluten Free Flatbread
The flatbread that goes with everything. Made from the same GF Artisan Bread Mix as the loaf, cooked in a pan in under two minutes per side. Serve alongside soups, dips, curries and grazing boards, or use as a wrap base. Quick, versatile and completely gluten-free.

- 500 g Grandma's Pantry GF Artisan Bread Mix
- 10 g dry yeast
- 350-400 ml water 14-18 degrees C
- 50 ml oil of your choice
Instructions
Mix
- Dissolve the yeast in the measured water and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C fan forced. Add the bread mix and mix on slow speed until the dough comes together. Add the oil slowly while mixing and continue for 3-4 minutes until fully absorbed. Aim for a dough temperature of 21-24 degrees C.
Shape and Rest
- Roll the dough into balls. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. Roll each ball out flat with a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
Cook
- Heat a dry frying pan or crepe pan over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for approximately 90 seconds per side until lightly browned and cooked through. Serve warm.
Notes
SERVING: Serve warm alongside Pukara Black Olive Tapenade and Garlic EVOO for dipping, or use as a base for the Grandma's Pantry GF Pizza.
STORE: Stack cooled flatbreads with baking paper between each one and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.
