INGREDIENTS:
Original Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (10%), Water & Salt.
Beetroot Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (10%), Water, Salt, Beetroot (2.5%).
Turmeric Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (10%), Water, Salt, Turmeric (0.3%)
Brown Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Brown Rice Flour(40%), Water, Salt.
Black Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (18%), Water, Vegetable Carbon Colour (153), Salt.
Black Jasmine Rice Paper: Tapioca Starch, Black Jasmine Rice Flour (30%), Water, Salt.
Product of Vietnam.
Preparation Instructions
- Fill bowl with lukewarm water. Dip a sheet of rice paper in the water and rotate for 5 seconds and quickly shake off excess water.
- Lay the rice paper flat on a plate and place your ingredients of choice on the rice paper 1/3 down and centred horizontally.
- Lift the end of the rice paper closest to you and fold towards the centre covering the filling.
- Fold the sides in to stop the filling falling out.
- Continue rolling the rice paper to form a firm tubular shape.
