Description
INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Milk Powder, Vegetable Oil, Soy Flour, Aerator (500, 450, 541), Emulsifiers (322 from Soy, 471), Salt, Flavour, Dextrose, Spice, Vegetable Gum (415, 412), Vitamin (Thiamine))
Contains: WHEAT, GLUTEN, SOY, MILK
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight

500 mls water
Method
- Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute.
- Mix on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Rest batter for 10 minutes before frying at 190°C.
- For the best result adjust water temperature to give finished batter temperature 20-22 °C
