Description
INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, Maize Starch, Dextrose, Sugar, Buttermilk Powder (3%), Aerator (341,339,450,500), Egg Powder, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Vegetable Gum (412), Emulsifiers (471), Flavour, Colour (102)
Contains: WHEAT, GLUTEN, MILK, EGG
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Makes approx. 6 pancakes
200 g Buttermilk Pancake Pre-Mix
200 mls water
METHOD
Combine Pancake mix with water with a hand whisk, mix until smooth.
Stand mixture 15 mins before cooking, preferably in a fridge.
Cook as normal
