Mixed Grain Bread Pre-Mix

Description

INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Grain (21%) [Kibbled Wheat, Kibbled Maize, Kibbled Rye, Kibbled Soy, Rolled Barley, Linseed, Malted Wheat Flakes], Salt, Gluten, Vegetable Oil , Soy Flour, Emulsifier (481, 471), Malt Flour, Enzyme (Amylase), Flour Treatment Agent (300, 920, 223), Vitamin (Thiamine)
Contains: WHEAT, GLUTEN, SOY, BARLEY

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Makes a 750 gm Loaf

450g Bread Pre-Mix

1 ½ tspns yeast

300 mls water (White based bread)

315 mls water (wholemeal based bread)

Method Hand Knead

Oven Preheat oven to 190°C (175°C F/F).

Grease a 21 25 x 7cm high loaf tin or comparable sized tray. Combine ingredients in a bowl and bring together to a dough. Roll out onto floured bench and knead.

Place back into bowl, cover and allow to stand for ~ 20 mins in warm place.

Add all ingredients in the order shown above.

Select 750gm loaf setting and any other settings as required, press START!

 

Makes a 1kg Loaf

600g Bread Pre-Mix

2 tspns yeast

400mls water (white base)

420mls water (w/meal)
