With it’s dark brown colour with a strong roasted aroma and flavour, this dark malt malt flour added both flavour and colour to your breads.
The colour and flavour of flour has been derived through a natural process.

Contains: GLUTEN.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates
