Taking inspiration from Ayurveda teachings, this herbal tea blend aims to regulate imbalances within the vata dosha. We aim to alleviate pulmonary problems related to the vata energy with our unique combination of thyme, fennel, liquorice root, mallow root, cinnamon, lemon peel, cardamom, wool flowers, cloves, black peppers, and turmeric. Perfect on its own for when you’re sick and in need of healing tea.

There’s nothing worse than that congested feeling, but with Breathe Easy tea, you can now open up your chest and nose to feel normal again. Thyme is an antiseptic herb and assists with easing issues concerning the lungs and airway. It’s also an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A. Furthermore, mallow root is fantastic for soothing sore throats and reducing dry cough due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Pharmacological studies on wool flowers suggest that this blossom has anti-inflammatory effects, antibacterial effects, and is also antioxidant-rich. Finally, turmeric may help reduce the severity of bacterial and viral infections too.

INGREDIENTS:  Thyme, fennel, liquorice root, mallow root, cinnamon, lemon peel, cardamom, woolflower, clove, black peppercorn, and turmeric.

How best to brew

• One teaspoon or 2g of tea per 200ml.
• Steep for 4-7 minutes in 950C water .
• Perfect on it’s own
• Store in a cool, dry place out of sunlight
